- All payments are made through PayPal Invoice and through the currency AUD.
- If the customer chargebacks on the invoice for any reason, I have full right to deny any future business with the customer and name their username on a public blacklist.
- Refunds will not be given past the sketching phase.
- I will be picking my commissions based on preference, not first-come-first-serve, from a Google form.
- All details about the commission will be conducted through email (for example confirmation of com details), the rest of the process can be discussed through Discord or Twitter DM.
- As the artist I have full right to: stream my process of the piece on Twitch, post WIPs as I please, and post a HD ver (with comm watermark) on my patreon. Any objections may be discussed before the commission and may incur a fee.
- As the commissioner you have exclusive rights to use the commissioned piece for personal usage such as profile pictures, wallpapers, social media banners, etc.
- The commissioner does not have the right to sell the work they bought on any sort of commercialised product. In-game, virtual, or physical products included. (To do this I would require a commercial fee, please disclose this in the Google form or discuss this with me if I have chosen your order.)
- Out of respect for me as the artist, do not message me daily or frequently for updates on the piece, this only makes the process stressful. I will update you on the piece as I work on it.
- I do not allow for my work to be used or turned into an NFT (Non-fungible token) under any circumstance.
- I do not allow for my work to be used for training in any AI "art" software.
- Additional characters in one drawing are +75% of price. If you are buying two separate pieces with one character in each that is 100% full price for both.
